In short: By using SkyCastBox you agree to these terms. We provide IPTV streaming services on a subscription basis. You must be 18+ and based in the UK. Service is provided “as is” with no guaranteed uptime, though we target 99.9%.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing skycastbox.com (the “Website”) or purchasing any IPTV subscription from SkyCastBox (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SkyCastBox. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services
  • You must be a resident of the United Kingdom or have a valid UK-compatible internet connection
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3. Services Provided

SkyCastBox provides internet protocol television (IPTV) subscription services including:

  • Access to live TV channels via M3U playlists and Xtream Codes
  • Video-on-demand (VOD) content library
  • Electronic Programme Guide (EPG)
  • Catch-up TV functionality (on supported plans)
  • Customer support and device setup assistance via WhatsApp

Our service is compatible with IPTV players including IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Kodi, Smart IPTV (SIPTV), STB Emu Pro, XCIPTV, and other M3U/Xtream Codes compatible applications.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • 1 Month — £14.99 / 1 connection
  • 3 Months — £29.99 / 2 connections
  • 12 Months — £59.99 / 4 connections

Prices are in GBP and may be updated at any time. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

4.2 Payment

  • Payment is required in full before service activation
  • We accept payments via the methods listed at time of purchase
  • All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers — we never store full card details
  • You will receive your M3U / Xtream Codes login credentials via WhatsApp after payment is confirmed

4.3 No Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your plan expires, your access will end. You can renew manually by contacting us on WhatsApp. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

5. Free Trial

  • We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test our service before purchasing
  • The trial is limited to one per person / household / device
  • No payment information is required for the trial
  • Trial access may be restricted or revoked at our discretion
  • The trial includes full access to all channels and features

6. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you agree not to:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast your login credentials
  • Use the service for any commercial or public viewing purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our channel feeds or playlists
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable UK laws
  • Share your subscription with users beyond the number of connections included in your plan
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Account Credentials

  • We generate unique M3U / Xtream Codes credentials for each subscriber
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login details secure
  • Do not share your credentials with anyone outside your household
  • If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will issue new ones
  • We reserve the right to reset credentials if we detect unauthorised use

8. Service Availability & Uptime

  • We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Occasional disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, third-party issues, or technical faults
  • Channel availability may change without notice — channels are provided by third-party sources and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for buffering or quality issues caused by your internet speed, device, or ISP restrictions
  • For best results, we recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K content

9. Content Disclaimer

SkyCastBox acts as a technology service provider. We provide the technical infrastructure to deliver IPTV streams to your device. We do not own, produce, or host the television content delivered through our service. Channel availability, content, and scheduling are determined by third-party content sources and may change without notice.

10. Device Support

  • We provide free setup assistance via WhatsApp for all supported devices
  • Supported devices include Amazon Firestick, Android TV Box, Samsung Smart TV, LG Smart TV, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, Formuler, MAG, Windows PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android phones
  • We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device model, firmware version, or IPTV application
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by outdated device software, incompatible apps, or third-party VPN services

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • Our service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if:

  • You breach any of these Terms of Service
  • You share, resell, or redistribute your login credentials
  • We detect fraudulent payment or chargebacks
  • Your use disrupts our service or servers
  • We are required to do so by law

If we terminate your account due to a breach of terms, you are not entitled to a refund. If we discontinue our service entirely, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for unused time.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on skycastbox.com — including text, design, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to SkyCastBox and is protected by UK intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our Website without written permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
